At company level we will be acting as Data Controller (in that we determine and control how data is used) and at operational level our staff will operate as Data Processors (i.e. our staff will be inputting data in making your reservations).

We do not utilise traveller or client data for any non-travel specific purpose and do not share or sell client/traveller information to any third party and have no plans to do so, even with client consent.
