CLIENTE Costa del Sol ha sido este año la anfitriona de la conferencia anual de una empresa farmacéutica estadounidense conocida a nivel mundial. La conferencia se celebró en Noviembre de 2009, en la que participaron 220 tanto en el programa de reuniones como en las actividades de ocio que se les preparó especialmente para ellos.

CÓMO AYUDÓ CEE. Organizamos la conferencia y la producción de la misma elaborando una imagen específica para el encuentro, pancartas de señalización, programas y producción de escenario a medida para la misma.

a) Ayudamos a los asistentes en el proceso de solicitud de visados

b) Llegamos a un acuerdo con determinadas tiendas de la ciudad y pudimos organizar un tour para los acompañantes para ir de compras “libre de impuestos”

c) Arreglos y conversaciones para que Michael Phels estuviera en la cena de Gala.

d) CEE elaboró un video de bienvenida a España, que se proyectó en la Jornada Inaugural de la Conferencia en varios idiomas, dónde se explicaba el programa que se iba a seguir los próximos días, los sitios que los delegados iban a visitar e información básica de la ciudad.

RESULTADO.  Según el Managing Director de la empresa, ésta ha sido la mejor conferencia a la que ha asistido nunca. La Conferencia culminó con una cena de Gala en una importante venue de la ciudad, en la que se hizo una entrega de premios a varios de los asistentes, cuyo presentador fue el nadador estadounidense Michael Phels, medalla de Oro en los JJOO de Pekin.

CLIENTE

Cocacola es una empresa conocida a nivel mundial. El motivo del viaje era recompensar a los empleados de la empresa por el excelente año que habían tenido a pesar de la crisis financiera que existe a nivel mundial.

Basada en la buena relación existente entre Cutting-Edge Events y el cliente, elaboramos un programa de incentivo a medida para el cliente que incluía una actividad en barco durante un día, y la reserva de cenas y espacios VIPS en los restaurantes y discotecas más importantes de Barcelona.

El objetivo del cliente era hacer sentir a los empleados por un fin de semana como si fueran "de la Jet" o personas con recursos económicos ilimitados, objetivo que se consiguió sobradamente por las repetidas muestras de gratitud y comentarios felicitándonos por la elección de lugares para las diferentes actividades tanto del cliente como de todos los asistentes.
